Various Locations | Supporting Operations
We are seeking experienced and proactive HSE Advisors to support our operations across multiple locations. These roles are available on both a part-time and full-time basis, offering flexibility while contributing to a high-performing and safety-focused environment. This is not a desk-only role. You will be visible, engaged, and working closely with operational teams to drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
About the Role
- Provide practical HSE support to operational teams
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, standards, and company procedures
- Coach and influence leaders and employees to improve safety behaviours
- Maintain accurate HSE reporting and documentation
- Assist with training, inductions, and toolbox talks
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Hands-on and operationally focused
- Confident to challenge behaviours and hold people accountable
- Strong communicators who can engage at all levels
- Practical problem-solvers who can balance compliance with operational realities
Selection Criteria:
- Relevant qualifications in Work Health & Safety (Certificate IV or higher)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a HSE Advisor role (ideally in industrial, mining, engineering or similar environments)
- Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management
- Experience with incident investigations and audits
- Strong knowledge of Australian health and safety legislation and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to various sites (as required)
Requirement:
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months of date)
- Full permanent Australian Working Rights
- Successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment medical.
