At Centurion Water & Wastewater Solutions, we offer a full range of disinfection and sterilisation systems to ensure your water is safe, whether it’s for drinking, processing, or discharge.
Disinfection eliminates harmful microorganisms like bacteria and viruses, protecting people and processes from waterborne illness. Sterilisation goes a step further than disinfection, killing all microbes both harmful and harmless, when absolute microbial control is needed.
Our systems are designed for both potable and industrial water applications, and include:
- Gas chlorination (GCL) for high-volume applications
- Hydrogen peroxide (PEROX) for powerful oxidation and disinfection
- Ozone (O3) systems for advanced disinfection with minimal by-products
- Electrochlorination - supporting equipment for safe, on-site sodium hypochlorite generation and reliable disinfection
- Sodium Hypochlorite (HYPO) - and related dosing equipment for effective water disinfection and system control
- Validated Ultraviolet (UV) systems - for chemical-free, compliant disinfection of drinking and process water
- Chlorine Dioxide generation systems and related equipment for powerful, targeted disinfection across a range of water treatment applications
- Mobile disinfection units - for rapid, on-site water treatment, ideal for remote, temporary or emergency applications
- Chlorine Gas Scrubbers, Leak Detectors & Emergency Shutdown Devices.
Whether you're treating drinking water, process water, or effluent, Centurion has a disinfection and sterilisation solution to help you meet safety standards and protect your people, assets, and environment.
Electrochlorination: A Safer Way to Disinfect Water
If your site relies on chlorine gas or bulk chemicals for water disinfection, you’ll know the challenges: exposure risks, storage requirements, transport, and constant compliance checks. The Hyprolyser® electrochlorination system offers a better solution. It generates a safe, low-strength sodium hypochlorite disinfectant on site using only salt, water and electricity. No bulk chemical deliveries. No hazardous storage. Just a reliable supply of disinfectant when and where you need it.
View the video below for a more detailed look at how the Hyprolyser® electrochlorination system works.
Why Choose Electrochlorination?
- Safer for people and the environment - produces <1% chlorine, so there’s no chemical handling, COSHH requirements or special PPE
- Lower operating costs - up to 44% cheaper than sodium hypochlorite and 17% cheaper than chlorine gas
- Performs in tough conditions - unlike commercial sodium hypochlorite, it doesn’t degrade in heat or sunlight Low maintenance - consistent chlorine strength, no additives or buffering agents required
- Proven in the field - trusted by municipal water authorities, councils and mining operations for more than 11 years.
Cost Savings at a Glance
Independent studies show that electrochlorination is the most cost-effective disinfection method. Compared to producing the equivalent of 10kg of chlorine gas, electro-chlorination offers:
- 44% savings vs sodium hypochlorite
- 17% savings vs chlorine gas

Whether you’re managing a small facility or a large-scale operation, electrochlorination can help you reduce risk, lower costs, and simplify compliance.
Frontline Roller
The Frontline Roller is a mobile chlorine dosing unit (MDU) designed to make water disinfection simple, safe, and cost-effective. Mounted on a heavy-duty trailer and towable by a standard vehicle, this portable chlorination system is ideal for mining operations, utilities, local councils, and contractors who need flexible solutions for pipeline disinfection, temporary water treatment, or emergency backup chlorination.

Why choose the Frontline Roller?
- Disinfects new pipelines – ensures safe, compliant water supply from day one.
- Provides temporary chlorination – keep systems running during maintenance, shutdowns, or upgrades.
- Acts as an emergency backup – fast, reliable response when chemical supply is disrupted.
- Cleans tanks and filters – extends asset life and maintains water quality in demanding environments.
- Mobile and flexible – easy to move around mining sites and regional networks
- Reliable – engineered for repeated use in challenging conditions
For remote sites, the Frontline Roller provides mobility and reliability in conditions where fixed chlorination systems aren’t practical.
Built for reliability and safety
The unit stores 2 x 200L of 12.5% sodium hypochlorite and uses duty/standby digital dosing pumps capable of delivering up to 7.5L/hr into a recirculation system. It can also monitor chlorine residual upstream of the injection point. For added safety, the system includes a 200L service water tank, pressure pump, and flexible eyewash hose.
The Frontline Roller comes standard with:
- 10’ x 6’ heavy-duty galvanised trailer with powder-coated aluminium canopy
- 8KVA diesel generator with long-range tank
- 7.5L/hr digital dosing pump with manifold and auxiliary valving
- Dual 200L chemical storage tanks
- Handheld transfer pump for safe chemical handling
- Carrier/recirculation water manifold (no pump)
- HDPE bund lining for full chemical containment
- Eye wash station and Australian-standard safety signage
- Electrical control system with switches, fault lights, and 240V generator plug
- 50m braided chemical dosing hose with injection quill
- Internal, external, and hazard lighting
- 1-year trailer registration
Optional Extras
Every site is different. The Frontline Roller can be fitted with:
- Larger or standby dosing pumps
- Water storage tank, service water pump and deluge eyewash
- Carrier/recirculation water pumps and flowmeters
- Free chlorine analyser for compliance monitoring
- Chemical spill kits for added protection
