CENTURION EXPANDS WATER TREATMENT CAPABILITIES WITH STRATEGIC ACQUISITION OF WESTWATER ENTERPRISES

Centurion is pleased to announce the acquisition of WestWater Enterprises (“WestWater”) in Australia.

WestWater specializes in potable water treatment systems for municipal and industrial processes, along with a wide range of applications requiring quality-assured, clean water. The business is headquartered in Malaga, Western Australia, with an additional base on the country’s east coast in Brisbane, Queensland, and an operational footprint extending across all of Australia.

Complementing our existing Centurion Water & Wastewater Solutions (AU) business line, WestWater will enable the expansion of our services across Australia and strengthen our presence in municipal and government sectors. By combining the expertise of Centurion Water & Wastewater Solutions and WestWater, we enhance our ability to support a wide range of industries, accelerate growth, and tackle larger projects for new and existing customers across the region.
