CENTURION’S APAC TEAMS SUPPORT MENTAL HEALTH AND “R U OK” DAY 2024

Centurion’s team in Australia recently observed R U OK Day on 12^th September 2024.

R U OK? is a national suicide prevention charity and registered public health promotion that encourages people to stay connected and have conversations to help others through challenging times.

In support of this initiative, employees were taken through a toolbox session, outlining the signs of poor mental health and how to support someone who may be struggling. The session also provided key support resources available to all and was followed up with a team lunch to promote wellness, openness, and positivity within the workplace.

At Centurion, our people are at the heart of everything we do. By highlighting the importance of mental health, our Australia employees are supporting each other and further developing an open and positive environment within the workplace.
